The property came to the listing agent after sitting on the market with another agent for roughly ninety-three days without selling.

The architecture and the bones of the loft were excellent, but the furniture and especially the lighting were underscaled, so the space felt visually disconnected from its own proportions.

The intervention was a roughly forty-inch statement chandelier costing about $180. For the money, it became the visual anchor for the entire loft.

From there the approach was to correct the scale, use larger lighting, improve furniture proportions, introduce warmth, and make the loft feel intentional rather than sparse. Lofts can lean cold and industrial, and this one did not need to.
