DUPONT

A small-space design for a condo on Dupont, focused on function. The goal was to make a compact den work as hard as possible while reusing as much of the existing furniture as we could.

I drew two layouts for the den, each with a matching mock-up. Both keep the built-in storage on one side so the room stays open, and both are planned around a freestanding desk that can move when the space is needed for something else.
